As Software Development Manager, Clayton Hall directs the activities necessary to get new features and bug fixes delivered to our clients as quickly as possible. He works with all members of the software development team, facilitating communications and ensuring they have the tools needed to achieve team goals. He is also responsible for interfacing between the DevOps and Product teams.
Clayton joined DataPath in 2000 and has held a variety of positions over the past 21 years including Systems Architect. Previously he was a programmer for Life Plus International. He has also served as pastor for Missionary Baptist church congregations for more than 14 years.
Clayton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Leadership and Ministry from Central Baptist College and an Associate degree in Computer Networking from University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville. He also attended the Missionary Baptist Seminary for two years, studying languages and theology.
